The International Journal of Physics Research and Applications (IJPRA) invites high-quality submissions related to advancements in physics research, applied physics, and interdisciplinary studies. The journal seeks original, innovative, and peer-reviewed papers that contribute to the scientific community’s understanding of physics. Below are the guidelines for authors wishing to submit their manuscripts for publication.

Types of Articles

We welcome the following types of manuscripts for submission:

  • Research Articles: Original research studies presenting new findings, methodologies, or applications in physics and related fields.
  • Review Articles: Comprehensive reviews summarizing the current state of knowledge in specific areas of physics, with an emphasis on emerging trends and future directions.
  • Technical Notes: Short papers discussing innovative techniques, experiments, or devices that advance the application of physics in various industries.

Submission Process

Manuscripts must be submitted through the online submission system. Please ensure that your manuscript adheres to the following submission guidelines:

  • Manuscript Format: Manuscripts should be submitted in Microsoft Word format (.doc or .docx). PDF files will not be accepted.
  • Page Layout: Manuscripts should be formatted with 1-inch margins on all sides, 12-point font size (Times New Roman), and double-spaced text.
  • Title Page: Include the title of the article, names and affiliations of all authors, corresponding author contact details, and any conflicts of interest.
  • Abstract: Provide an abstract of 250 words or fewer that clearly summarizes the research question, methodology, results, and conclusions of the study.
  • Keywords: Include 3-6 keywords relevant to your article to aid in searchability.
  • Figures and Tables: Figures should be in high resolution (300 DPI). Tables should be numbered sequentially, and each table or figure should be referred to in the text.

Ethical Considerations

All manuscripts that involve human participants or animals must comply with ethical standards and receive approval from the relevant ethics committee or institutional review board. A statement of ethical approval must be included in the manuscript. For human studies, informed consent should be obtained from all participants, and the author should ensure privacy and confidentiality. Studies involving animals should follow internationally accepted guidelines.

Authors must adhere to ethical research practices, including the avoidance of plagiarism, fabrication of data, and other forms of academic misconduct. All submitted manuscripts are checked for plagiarism using advanced software, and any violations will lead to the rejection of the manuscript.

References (NLM Style)

References should be formatted according to the National Library of Medicine (NLM) style. The references should be numbered sequentially, starting with 1, and each reference should be cited in the text. At the end of the manuscript, include a numbered list of all cited references, formatted as shown below:

  • Journal Article: Author(s). Title of article. Journal Name. Year; Volume(Issue): Page range. DOI if available.
  • Book: Author(s). Title of Book. Edition. Place of publication: Publisher; Year.
  • Online Sources: Author(s). Title of webpage/document. Available from: URL. Accessed on: Date.

Peer Review Process

All manuscripts submitted to the International Journal of Physics Research and Applications undergo a rigorous double-blind peer-review process. This means that both the identities of the authors and reviewers are kept confidential. Each submission will be evaluated by two or more independent experts in the field, who will assess the manuscript based on its quality, originality, relevance, and scientific rigor.

Once the peer-review process is complete, authors will receive feedback from the reviewers and be notified of the decision. Based on the reviewers’ recommendations, the manuscript may be accepted, rejected, or returned for revision.

Manuscript Withdrawal

Authors may withdraw their manuscript before it enters the peer-review process. Once the review process has begun, withdrawal requests will be considered on a case-by-case basis. If the manuscript is accepted for publication, withdrawal is not allowed unless exceptional circumstances arise.

If you have any questions about the submission process or manuscript requirements, please contact the editorial office at [email protected].
