The policies of International Journal of Physics Research and Applications are designed to ensure transparency and fairness while protecting both the interests of authors and the integrity of the journal. We strive to maintain a clear and ethical financial policy regarding payments and refunds.

Once an author has made the payment for Article Processing Charges (APCs), the fee is considered non-refundable. If an author decides to withdraw a submitted manuscript after making a payment, or retracts after making an advance payment with the intent of completing the full amount post-publication, no refund will be issued.

Since significant editorial and administrative work begins immediately upon submission—including manuscript processing, peer review coordination, and editorial services—refunds are not possible once these processes are underway.

However, under exceptional circumstances, such as double payments, transaction errors, or technical issues resulting in overcharges, the journal may consider a refund. Such requests must be formally submitted in writing, along with valid proof of payment. The final decision on refunds will be made by the Editorial Board after a thorough review of the request.

Authors are encouraged to carefully review the journal’s payment terms and conditions before making any payments to avoid any misunderstandings. International Journal of Physics Research and Applications is committed to providing a professional and ethical publishing experience while maintaining fairness in all financial transactions.
